Xiosgas – Complete System for Controlling & Monitoring Gas Engines

The XIOSGAS system is a comprehensive engine control solution for gas engines, combining speed and air-fuel ratio control, ignition control, knock monitoring, SCR control, and extensive monitoring functions in a central control unit. The system enables reliable production and utilisation of heat and electrical energy in grid-parallel or island operation. XIOSGAS versions can be configured to include PHLOX II or PHLOX III ignition control, ARIADNE knock monitoring, SCR control, and NOx daily average value monitoring. The system features a data logger with real-time clock for NOx daily average values, fault analysis, and system overview. User-friendly HMI touch screens (7" to 15", resistive or capacitive) provide intuitive operation with password-protected access areas. For advanced system access, HEINZMANN's DCDesk Service and Parameterisation Software and the dongle-free HEINZMANN Configuration Suite can be used. The system is suitable for any type of gas engine application in power generation and CHP plants.
