The YR Series is a high‑voltage three‑phase wound rotor asynchronous motor, available in 6 kV and 10 kV variants. Frame sizes range from H355 to H1000. The motor offers high efficiency, energy savings, low noise, minimal vibration, lightweight design, and reliable performance. It provides high starting torque with relatively low starting current, making it suitable for applications where speed regulation within a certain range is required, where feeder line capacity is insufficient for squirrel‑cage motors, or where extended/frequent starting is needed. Typical applications include winches, rolling mills, wire‑drawing machines, fans, compressors, pumps, and crushers. Protection level is IP23, with cooling methods IC01, IC11, IC21, or IC31.
