The NRA 40 CDB retort furnace is designed for catalytic debinding of ceramic and metal parts manufactured by powder injection molding (MIM). Equipped with a gas-tight retort made of acid-resistant stainless steel with internal heating. The debinding process (POM) uses nitric acid. Features a safety system for nitric acid operation, PLC control with touchscreen, and a gas burner for exhaust gas afterburning.
