The main activity of OOO AEMZ is the production of safety devices for lifting equipment. OOO Arzamas Electromechanical Plant was organized in 2007 on the basis of one of the production facilities of the Arzamas Instrument-Making Plant, with the aim of providing crane plants in Russia and the CIS with safety devices ONK-160, ONK-140, OPG-1, as well as equipping cranes and truck-mounted hydraulic lifts that are in operation and do not have safety devices. OOO AEMZ manufactures safety devices ONK-160S, ONK-160B, ONK-160M, ONK-140, OPG-1 for truck cranes, tower, bridge, portal and railway cranes, pipelayers, truck-mounted cranes, truck-mounted hydraulic lifts. Adaptation of ONK-160 is possible for any cranes and other lifting mechanisms. More than 200 service centers service our devices in every region of our country and Belarus. The devices are certified No. ROSS RU. MP03. H00232 dated 19.09.2011 and have the corresponding Permits for use from Rostekhnadzor of Russia. The production is licensed for the manufacture of medical equipment and produces REMATERA and RECELSI devices. The company has developed and implemented a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001-2008 (GOST R ISO 9001-2008). The most important and main activity of AEMZ LLC is the serial production of protection systems, devices and safety devices for lifting machines. Both previously produced and modern load capacity limiters (maximum load) of the ONK-140, ONK-160S, ONK-160B, ONK-160M, ONK-180 and OPG series for boom truck cranes, railway, tower, gantry and bridge cranes, pipe-laying cranes, truck-mounted cranes, lifts (towers) due to their consumer qualities enjoy well-deserved respect from manufacturers of lifting and transport equipment and operating organizations.
