Crane load Limiter ONK-160M

The ONK-160M crane load limiters are used to protect the crane from overloads (when lifting a load), unacceptable wind loads (for cranes operating outdoors), container loading distortions (for container cranes), displaying information (actual weight of the lifted load, rated lifting capacity, crane loading degree and wind speed) and are intended for installation on bridge and gantry cranes. The device allows you to connect up to 16 force sensors to its input circuits via one cable, which makes it possible not only to measure the weight of large-sized loads lifted by such gripping devices as traverses, spreaders, but also to evaluate container loading distortions for container cranes and stop the lifting mechanism in case of unacceptable distortion. All modifications have a built-in crane operating parameter recorder with a real-time clock, which allows you to receive information about the size of the lifted loads, the intensity of crane operation and the operating time of electric drives. When installing an additional expansion unit (BR, supplied by separate order), it is possible to record the operating time of the included crane and trolley travel mechanisms to record operating time and timely performance of routine and preventive maintenance.
