Crane load Limiter ONK-160S

The ONK-160S crane load limiter is designed for installation on boom cranes and serves to protect the crane from overloads and tipping over when lifting a load, to protect the working equipment from damage when working in confined spaces or in the area of power lines. The built-in recorder of crane operating parameters contains a non-volatile real-time clock, and its memory capacity allows for detailed recording of all operational information for the warranty period of the crane. Moreover, not only the crane operation with an overload is recorded, but also operation with unacceptable parameters of the power plant (operation with an overheated engine or with low oil pressure), which allows for identifying violations of the operating conditions of both the crane installation and the chassis. Programming of the ONK-160 BOI is performed via a USB port using a standard cable using the built-in software of the limiter and a bootloader program launched from a personal computer. The ONK-160S crane load limiters are installed on all boom cranes operated in the Russian Federation, including imported ones.
