Sulfoaluminate cement (ARC CEMENT) - is obtained by grinding to a grinding fineness of 10%, residue on a 008 sieve, 85-90% sulfoaluminate clinker, 10-15% natural gypsum, additives to slow down the setting time, plasticizers to reduce water demand, antifreeze additives to prevent freezing of the liquid mobile mass, freshly prepared concrete. Sulfoaluminate clinker is obtained from carbonates (limestone), aluminates (boxides, aluminate slags), calcium sulfates (natural gypsum, phosphogypsum), by firing at 13500C. It is produced according to the factory technical specifications with the following main characteristics: rapid strength gain in 24 hours - 50% of the grade - 25 MPa, in 3 days - 70% of the grade - 36 MPa, in 28 days - 60 MPa; gains strength at negative temperatures (-100C) without the construction of "hothouses" and heating of reinforcement with current in 1 day - 10 MPa, in 3 days - 25 MPa, frost resistance - 300 freeze cycles. It is an equivalent substitute for American quick-hardening cements F220 and F300, as well as quick-hardening cement of the German company Heiderberg. It is used for rapid construction and emergency repairs of airfield runways and special concrete reinforcements and overpasses. It is used for construction in permafrost and Arctic conditions. Chemically resistant to acids and organic fuels. For the production of high-strength precast and reinforced concrete structures, we recommend using Portland cement CEM I 42.5 N.
