The On-shore Skid-mounted Nitrogen Generation Equipment uses membrane separation nitrogen production technology based on different gas permeation speeds through the membrane. This method is applied in many industrial fields due to its small size, light weight, wide application range, high separation efficiency, and easy maintenance. The complete set consists of air compressor, air treatment system, membrane separation nitrogen generation system, nitrogen pressurization system, central control system, skid mounted box, and auxiliary devices. It adopts prism membrane separation nitrogen production process and technology. Split skid mounted structure installs the whole set in a container. Low pressure nitrogen skid includes air compressor unit, air treatment and membrane separation nitrogen generation unit, central control room, and oil tank. High pressure nitrogen skid includes booster unit, diesel generator, local control system, toolbox, oil tank, and other parts. It meets output requirements for four different construction conditions with reserved outlet joints and valves. The equipment supports normal operation in remote areas without external power. Layout is reasonable for vehicle loading and road transportation. It meets high wind and sand conditions in the field and fire and explosion prevention requirements in oil and gas fields.
