Compacs®-micro ™ personal automatic vibration diagnostics system is a means of operational equipment diagnostics and one-, two- and three-plane dynamic balancing of units at the place of their installation.
Overview:

The Compacs ® -micro ™ system provides diagnostics of the technical condition of machine units and mechanisms automatically according to expert system messages by analyzing signals (spectra, envelope, cepstrum, etc.).

The 8710 vibration analyzer performs the on-line collection and analysis of the parameters of the measured signals by selecting the necessary settings, sections, units and measuring points.

The system carries out diagnostics according to a pre-compiled route, randomly or using the technology of automatic recognition of measurement points. The device also allows you to assess the condition of equipment according to the standards GOST R 53565, GOST ISO 10816-3, GOST 20815, GOST 30576.

The vibration analyzer provides data transfer to external media (tablet, laptop, desktop PC, diagnostic station of the COMPACS ® computer monitoring system) via wireless Wi-Fi or a micro-SD memory card.

Compacs ® -micro ™ System Composition

Compacs ® -micro ™ System Modes

The Compacs ® -micro ™ system has two operating modes:

  • Autonomous - without PDS.
  • Joint - with PDS.

The route can be implemented with the manual entry of measurement points, or with automatic identification with the appropriate equipment of the units, or must be preloaded.

Offline mode

In stand-alone mode, control and collection of parameters is carried out using the 8710 vibration analyzer.

The vibration analyzer measures vibration acceleration, vibration velocity, vibration displacement, temperature, and rotational speed used as diagnostic features, and displays their quantitative and qualitative characteristics on the display, reflecting the technical condition of the equipment.

You can also assess the condition of the equipment according to standards or perform a single measurement of vibration parameters with arbitrary input path settings. In the data collection mode along the route, the measuring point is selected either manually, by selecting the installation, section, unit, subject, or using the technology of automatic recognition of the measuring point. After each measurement, there is the possibility of spectral analysis of the received vibration signal. After collecting data along the route, they are transferred to the VCP or COMPACS ® system for subsequent detailed analysis and archiving.

Also, this device provides the ability to balance the rotors of machines in their own bearings.

In addition, the vibration analyzer allows offline assessment of the state of dynamic equipment according to the following standards: GOST R 53565, GOST ISO 10816-3, GOST 20815, GOST 30576.

In the operating mode along the route and diagnostics according to the standards, the vibration analyzer displays messages on the status of the equipment in accordance with the selected unit and standard, while the signs of vibration are highlighted in the corresponding color: green - normal (satisfactory), yellow - requires measures, red - unacceptable state unit.

Joint mode of operation

In collaborative mode, the Compacs ® -micro ™ system is controlled by the bundled VCP software. The built-in expert system provides voice communication and a visual display of the state of machinery on the PDS display based on traffic light icons:

  • GREEN - NORMAL state;
  • YELLOW - condition REQUIRES ACTION;
  • RED - condition UNACCEPTABLE.

The system allows automatic monitoring of equipment status with archiving of measurement results with a polling period set by the user from one second to several tens of minutes, and outputting the necessary system operation results to a printing device.

The system archives the measurement results and displays graphs of changes in characteristics over time (trends).

Compacs ® -micro ™ software has 5 main operating modes: MONITOR, MEASUREMENT, ANALYSIS, TREND, BALANCE.

The MONITOR mode is the main mode. In this mode, messages from an expert system with the results of automatic diagnostics of defects and equipment malfunctions (bearing, alignment, mounting, etc.) are displayed on the screen and the built-in PDS speaker or headphones. Units can be grouped into sections, pump or compressor units with the definition of their hierarchy. Entering objects ends with the determination of the measuring point.

The "TREND" mode . The system allows you to accumulate measured data and display their values in the form of trends. In this mode, you can display all measured values for the last 12 hours, for 4 and 40 days, for a year, for 9 years, as well as real-time trends. The autocursor, auto-scale and setting the start time of the trend reference allow you to effectively analyze the change in parameters over time and monitor the change in the state of the units for various parameters.

The “ANALYSIS” mode allows you to analyze the temporal and spectral characteristics of the signals stored in the Database, or to analyze them in real time when measuring signals.

In the “ANALYSIS” mode, about 50 parameters can be preset for measuring and analyzing signals, including:

  • sampling rates and sample size;
  • type of weight function;
  • cutoff frequencies of low and high frequency filters, band-pass and notch filters;
  • filter parameters for envelope calculation;
  • parameters for calculating the reverse harmonics.

The “BALANCE” mode is intended for dynamic balancing of the pump rotors assembly.

The BALANCING module has two operating modes: measurement and balancing.

The 8710 vibration analyzer has a special explosion-proof design, can be used in hazardous areas of any class and has an explosion protection mark 0ExiaIICT3.

The Compacs ® -micro ™ system is included in the State Register of Measuring Instruments.

Technical solutions implemented in the system are protected by Patents of the Russian Federation for various intellectual property objects and Certificates on official registration of computer programs.

The warranty on the equipment supplied is 12 months.
