Cleaning the internal cavity of the pipeline plays an important role in its operation. Its productivity and the quality of the transported product directly depend on the purity of the internal cavity of the pipeline. In addition, good cleaning is a prerequisite for conducting high-quality in-line diagnostics.
Overview:

Our company manufactures and operates in-line treatment equipment with diameters from 219mm (8 ") to 1420mm (56"). Depending on the type of product, the type and degree of contamination, the diameter of the pipeline, the optimal cleaning technology and the optimal treatment equipment are selected.

The company's specialists have developed the following types of in-line cleaning devices:

Scraper cleaning gauge

Tasks

Gauge scrapers are designed for initial cleaning and evaluating the minimum flow cross-section of the pipeline before starting treatment and diagnostic equipment.

The bore is estimated by the bending of the calibration discs mounted on the scraper. With the passage of unacceptable narrowing, the plates are deformed, the presence and magnitude of the bend makes a decision on the possibility of continuing treatment and diagnostic work.

Scraper gauges are capable of undergoing narrowing to 0.7 of the outer diameter of the pipeline. Installed calibration plates have a diameter of 0.85 and 0.9, which corresponds to the patency of the diagnostic equipment.

Cleaning scrapers are designed to clean the internal cavity and walls of the pipeline from various deposits, contaminants and foreign objects.

The main working elements of cleaning scrapers are discs and cuffs, they are made of high-strength polyurethane resistant to wear and mechanical stress.

Depending on the contamination, the treatment scrapers can be equipped with additional attachments:

(to increase the overall efficiency of treatment works);

(for more aggressive cleaning of solid deposits);

(for the removal of various metal debris).

Magnetic cleaning pistons are designed for final cleaning of the pipeline.

Equipped with permanent magnets and metal brushes, such pistons very efficiently carry out a cleaning procedure and are able to undergo narrowing to 0.85 of the outer diameter of the pipeline.

Magnetic cleaning pistons have a body-mechanical part similar to diagnostic equipment, therefore, in addition to cleaning, they also carry out a test assessment of the pipeline throughput before starting diagnostic equipment.

Performance data

Minimum radius of rotation of the pipeline:

1.5 outer diameter of the pipeline (for equipment with a diameter of 200-550 mm)

2.5 outer diameter of the pipeline (for equipment with a diameter over 550 mm)

If necessary, all treatment equipment can be equipped with low-frequency transmitters. The transmitter allows you to track the movement of equipment along the highway and detect it in the event of a jam.
