Description:
The new programmable universal portable hardness tester TEMP-2 in a metal case. The TEMP-2 hardness tester is intended for express measurement of the hardness of various products (from steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, rubber and other materials) in production and laboratory conditions according to the Brinell (HB), Rockwell (HRC), Vickers (HV), Shore “scales D ”(HSD), as well as for determining the tensile strength and yield strength, including in accordance with GOST 22761-77. The TEMP-2 portable hardness tester has a large number of scales (64 scales), allowing it to be used both as a pipe and as a multifunctional general purpose hardness tester.
Overview:

Only the TEMP-2 hardness tester can accurately measure the hardness, tensile strength and conditional yield strength of the material of steel thin-walled pipes of different diameters with wall thickness less than 8 mm (as well as sheets and shells from 2 mm and above), using a special technique developed by LLC NPP "Technotest". Hardness, tensile strength and conditional tensile strength of pipes with wall thicknesses over 8 mm are measured directly with the TEMP-2 hardness tester directly without any additional methods.

The hardness tester has passed State tests (certificate RU.C.28.002.A No. 50240), is registered in the State Register of measuring instruments of GOSSTANDART of Russia under No. 35890-13 and is approved for use in the Russian Federation. TEMP-2 is also registered in the State Registers of measuring instruments of GOSSTANDART of Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan and in the industrial Register of measuring instruments of Russian Railways OJSC under MT 008.2014.

In terms of technical characteristics and reliability, the TEMP-2 electronic hardness tester is not inferior to the best foreign analogues.

The device is included in a number of taxiways of various industries of Russia, including in taxiways approved by Rostekhnadzor, in particular:

1. TPKME-20-96. “A typical program for monitoring the mechanical properties of metal in pipelines of nuclear power plants with VVER-1000 after 100 thousand hours of operation.” Developed by GP VNIIAES, OKB Gidropress. Approved by the State Concern “ROSENERGOATOM”, Moscow, 1996.

2. RD 153-34.1-003-01. "Welding, heat treatment and control of pipe systems of boilers and pipelines during installation and repair of power equipment." (RTM-1s), Ministry of Energy of Russia, PIO OBT, Moscow, 2001

3. RD 12-411-01. “Instructions for diagnosing the technical condition of underground steel pipelines. Gosgortekhnadzor of Russia, Moscow, 2001

4. RD 243 RF 3.11-99. “Technical condition of underground gas pipelines”. OJSC ROSGASIFICATION, OJSC GIPRONIIGAZ, Saratov, 1999

5. “Methodology for conducting an industrial safety review and determining the period for the further operation of gas equipment in industrial furnaces, boilers, hydraulic fracturing, gas distribution systems, gas distribution cabinets and steel gas pipelines. Gosgortekhnadzor. Moscow, 2004

6. RD 31.114-98. “Methodology for measuring the hardness of the working surfaces of the teeth of gears of traction gears of traction rolling stock.” VNITI MPS, MPS RF, Moscow, 1998

The warranty period of operation of the TEMP-2 hardness tester is 3 years.

Advantages of the updated TEPM-2 hardness tester:

A new flat metal case with a “branded” ribbing on the sides made the device more compact and convenient to use;

A new keyboard with an original color design gives simplicity and convenience in operation - all basic operations are carried out with the click of a button (change of angle, scale, recording in memory, averaging), and also has an additional film to protect the display of the device from possible damage;

The USB port allows you to read data from the device and work with it without batteries when powered by a USB port or from a 220V AC adapter;

Convenient on-screen menu: well-readable large numbers and font, information content, as well as a new “Turn off” function in the device menu;

LCD backlight allows you to work in low light and low temperatures (up to -20 ° C);

Memory of measurement data for 255 results, the ability to view them in the device, output to a computer via a serial port, printout in the form of a special protocol and file archiving;

Possibility of programming with a keyboard or computer up to 64 user scales for steel, as well as various materials and products;

It is possible to use several sensors for different purposes with the same device, including a special sensor with an elongated nozzle, which makes it possible to measure the hardness of gears with a module of four and more in the cavities and on the involute of the tooth, as well as the hardness of pulleys, keyways, hard-to-reach places, for example zones of thermal influence of welded rollers on pipes;

Extended range of measured hardness: from babbit and soft solder (from 10 HB) to highly alloyed heat-treated steels (70 HRС and higher)

- the hardness of the parts with a TEMP-2 hardness tester is measured practically without restrictions on their thickness, weight and hardness level:

- shells, pipes, sheets with a thickness of 2 mm and above;

- parts of small mass such as piston rings, bodies of revolution, drills with a diameter of 3 mm and above, bolts, nuts, etc .;

- products from materials with a low level of hardness - babbit from 20 HB, aluminum from 10 HB and above, rubber products from 20 to 90 Shore units, etc.

Possibilities of portable TEMP hardness tester

The hardness tester allows you to measure the hardness of parts, including complex shapes and large items having hard-to-reach measurement zones, at different spatial positions of the device sensor;

high performance, ease of measurement and maintenance of the hardness tester;

hardness testing of operating equipment with a hardness tester to assess its residual safe resource;

the hardness meter electronic unit allows you to average the measurement results, enter them into the memory buffer and then output them to the hardness tester or computer display, print the data on the printer in the form of a protocol, or save them as a file;

the hardness tester has a non-volatile memory of 64 programmable hardness scales and up to 255 averaged hardness measurements;

The hardness tester allows you to program (calibrate) hardness scales from its keyboard or using a computer and a program on a CD. In this case, the USB cables supplied with the hardness tester (COM port) are used.

determination of tensile strength Rm (? B) by a hardness tester by automatically recalculating with HB according to GOST 22761-77 for pearlitic carbon steels;

hardness tester self-shutdown, indication of battery life;

the hardness meter display backlight provides stable operation at low (up to minus 20 ° С) temperatures and in unlit places;

graphic LCD allows you to track all user actions when working with the hardness tester (averaging, working with memory, the position of the sensor, programming, low battery, turning the backlight on and off);

the hardness tester can be equipped with special sensors for various purposes, including a special sensor with an elongated nozzle, which makes it possible to measure the hardness of gears with a module four or more in cavities and the tooth involute, as well as the hardness of pulleys, keyways, hard-to-reach places, for example, heat-affected zones welded rollers on pipes.
