Possibilities of the TEMP-3 small-sized hardness gage

• measuring the hardness of parts with virtually no restrictions on thickness, mass and level of hardness, including complex shapes and large-sized products having hard-to-reach measurement zones, at various spatial positions of the hardness gage sensor;
• high performance hardness tester, ease of measurement and maintenance;
• diagnosing the hardness of operating equipment in order to assess its residual safe resource;
• hardness tester self-shutdown, indication of battery life;
• computer adjustment and printing of hardness tester hardness tables using the program supplied on the diskette;
• determination of the tensile strength Rm (σ in) by conversion from HB according to GOST 22761-77 for pearlite-grade carbon steels - through conversion tables.

The hardness tester passed State tests (certificate No. 9314), is registered in the State Register of measuring instruments of GOSSTANDART of Russia under No. 17956-98 and is approved for use in the Russian Federation. The TEMP-3 hardness meter is also registered in the State Registers of measuring instruments of GOSSTANDART of Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan and in the industrial Register of measuring instruments of the Ministry of Railways of the Russian Federation under No. MT-020.2000.
