Description:

Since 1990, the Technotron Research and Production Enterprise has been developing and manufacturing industrial inverter welding equipment for oil and gas enterprises, the power industry, shipbuilding, the nuclear industry, space engine manufacturing, machine building and metalworking industry, transport and construction enterprises. Inverter welding sources have:

  • low weight (20-30kg);
  • small dimensions (600x250x500);
  • high efficiency (70-80%);
  • low power consumption (10-15kW);
  • Excellent welding performance and reliability.

NPP "TECHNOTRON" manufactures equipment for:

  • welding with a coated electrode;
  • semi-automatic welding in the environment of protective, active gases and their mixtures, including for pulsed semi-automatic welding;
  • welding with a nonconsumable electrode in argon;
  • automatic welding of rotary and fixed joints of pipes, and pipes into tube boards;
  • contact welding;
  • air-plasma cutting of metals, including for automatic cutting of pipes and sheets.

The equipment is certified and certified by the industry center of OAO Gazprom - VNIIGAZ - Certificate, the expert center of the licensing system of the Gostekhnadzor of the Russian Federation - JSC VNIIST. Tens of thousands of welding machines work in workshops, in the construction of oil and gas pipelines for the installation and repair of production facilities. The structures of Gazprom and Transneft rely on the equipment of NPP TEKHNOTRON, due to its high technological properties, reliability, low weight and dimensions.

In addition to the standard nomenclature, NPP "TECHNOTRON" is developing special-purpose equipment that is maximally adapted for the needs of the consumer.

Fundamental to the company is an approach in which not only the supply of welding equipment is carried out, but a comprehensive solution to the consumer's “welding” problem, which includes issues of technology, personnel training, the supply of related equipment, consumables and accessories.
