Honeywell's NetAXS IP ACS controller is a development of the concept of N-1000 access control systems (Northern Computers) installed at numerous sites in Russia and around the world. NetAXS can be used to expand or replace systems based on N-1000 controllers, without requiring significant changes in programming and connectivity.

The NetAXS controller provides users with the ability to monitor, control, and program the system using the Web interface or standard WIN-PAK software. Such a hybrid solution allows you to use the controller with all standard types of interfaces and easily integrate the access control system into the enterprise IT infrastructure.

The Web server built into the controller allows users to securely access ACS information using any browser. In this case, several users can simultaneously work with NetAXS over the network. To create small configurations with up to several dozens of readers, now there is no need to use a separate computer and purchase software. In the future, when expanding the system, you can easily switch from the Web interface to the WIN-PAK software.

To ensure security, the Web server supports SSL (Secure Socket Layer), an encryption protocol used in banking systems. Together with the network protection system against DoS attacks (Denial of Service) and attacks on open ports, the NetAXS ACS IP controller provides the highest level of security when working on computer networks, including the Internet.
