Short path distillation/Molecular distillation is considered to be the safest and the most efficient separation method. It can be used to purify molecules with poor thermal stability and related compounds with low volatility and high boiling point. In the high vacuum environment, molecular distillation is characterized by low distillation temperature, short heating time of materials, and can be separated quickly.  It is widely used in Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industries, essential oil purification, Cosmetics perfume purification and other fields.

Product characteristics:
1. Operating at a temperature far below the boiling point of the material, and with a short residence time of the material, is conducive to the separation of high boiling point, heat sensitive and oxidizable materials.
2. Effective removal of substances in liquids, such as organic solvents and odors, is a very effective method for liquid desolution after solvent extraction.
3. The volatile products can be selected to remove other impurities. More than two substances can be separated simultaneously by multi-stage separation.
4. Distillation has a high vacuum, which can reach below 0.1 pa. It can obtain a high vacuum inside. Molecular distillation is usually carried out at a very low pressure.
The material is not easily oxidized and damaged by operation.
5. Distillation liquid film is thin, heat transfer efficiency is high, film thickness is less than 0.5 mm.
6. Molecular distillation can separate substances which are not easily separated by conventional methods.
7. There is no boiling bubbling phenomenon. Molecular distillation is free evaporation on the surface of the liquid layer. It is carried out under low pressure and there is no dissolved air in the liquid.
In the distillation process, the whole liquid can not boil and there is no bubbling phenomenon.

9. The scraper system is made of PTFE material and SS316L stainless steel material, which has high corrosion resistance.
10. The feeding tank can be pre-heated and the preheating temperature can be adjusted.
11. Each interface is sealed with fluorine rubber gasket, which has good air tightness. If the customer needs corrosion resistance, it can be replaced with tetrafluoro material.
