TECHNICAL FEATURES AND BENEFITS

Nominal diameter DN: 25 – 1400 (ANSI 1” – 56”).

Nominal pressure PN, MPa: 1.6 - 16.0 (ANSI Class 150 - 900).

Valve design: plug in supports, floating plug.

Housing design: welded, detachable (two or three parts in a side opening), with a top opening.

Ambient temperature: -60…+50°С.

Temperature of the transported medium: -60…+180°С.

Execution of the flowing part: full bore, with narrowing of the passage.

They are used as a locking device on main pipelines and technological lines for the transportation of natural gas and other non-aggressive media (including oil products) at temperatures from -60C to +80C.

Manufacture and delivery according to TU 26-07-1435-95 (DN 50 - 150) and TU 26-07-1450-96 (DN 200 - 1400).

It is possible to manufacture valves in accordance with the requirements of the API-6D standard (faucets of the MA39025 series).

Nominal diameter DN 50, 80, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700.

Nominal pressure PN 1.6 MPa.

Manufacture and supply according to TU 4220-004-05785572-99 (DN 50 - 300) and TU 26-07-1450-96 (DN 400 - 700).

Production and delivery according to TU 4220-004-05785572-99.

Connection to the pipeline:

• for welding for DN 50 - 1400;
• flanged with counter flanges for DN 50 - 150;
• with one-sided flange connector for DN 500, 700.

It is possible to manufacture flanged ball valves DN 200 - 1000 with mating flanges, as well as ball valves DN 50 - 1400 with adapter rings.

Climatic performance:

• moderate (ambient temperature from -40С to +50С);
• cold (ambient temperature from -60С to +45С);

Ball valves are manufactured:

• with manual control DN 50 - 1400;
• with pneumatic actuator DN 50 - 100;
• with pneumohydraulic actuator DN 150 - 1400;
• with electrohydraulic drive DN 300 - 1400;
• with electric drive DN 50 - 1400.
• On request, ball valves DN 150, 200 can be additionally equipped with a portable gearbox.

Reliability indicators:

• the appointed service life is 30 years;
• service life before decommissioning - 40 years.

The warranty period of operation is 24 months from the date of commissioning, but not more than 36 months from the date of shipment.

Design features:

• valve body DN 50 - 100 consists of two stamped semi-bodies and has one connector, which reduces the likelihood of gas leakage into the environment;
• valve body DN 150 - 1400 consists of two stamped hemispheres welded together, which eliminates the possibility of depressurization of the valve assembly relative to the external environment;
• the valve seal is made of an elastomeric material with high wear and erosion resistance;
• high tightness of the shutter is ensured by constant compression of both seats to the plug;
• the design of the valve assembly provides the DBB (double blocking) function, which provides pressure relief from the body in the closed position of the valve, as well as the DPE (double piston effect), ensuring the tightness of the valve with both seats simultaneously when pressure is applied to the nozzles or the body;
• the shutter is made according to the “plug in supports” scheme using metal-fluoroplastic bearings, which facilitate the control of cranes;
• the tightness of the shutter is ensured by pressing the "floating" plug to the sealing rings made of fluoroplastic (TU 4220-004-05785572-99);
• the design of the gate assembly ensures the implementation of DPE (double piston effect), which ensures the tightness of the valve with both seats simultaneously when pressure is applied to the nozzles or body;
• narrowing of the passage of the ball valve no more than 25%;
• extension height - at the request of the Customer;
