Harvester Amkodor 2551

The Amkodor 2551 harvester is made on a cross-country chassis (with a hydrostatic transmission) with a Kesla Foresteri 1395H hydraulic manipulator and a Kesla Foresteri 25RH harvester head (all made in Finland) installed on it. It covers a tree with a diameter of up to 670 mm (when sawing a tree from three sides up to 780 mm) and cuts it. The Amkodor 2551 harvester is designed for felling trees, bundling trees, logs, assortments, as well as for performing other technological operations (branching, bucking). The workpiece is accounted for by the built-in MOTOMIT IT system, which allows you to set the required parameters and keep records by species, volume in m3, running meters, pieces of assortments and output the obtained data to a printer. The Kesla Foresteri 25RH harvester head is ideal for harvesting coniferous wood and allows cutting down trees with a diameter of up to 670 mm, and when sawing a tree from three sides - up to 780 mm. To prevent oil leakage in case of a break in the high-pressure hose, a shut-off valve is installed in the pressure line. The under-engine bridge has a swing function in a plane perpendicular to the harvester axis (±15o), releasing the frame from torsional deformation. When the working equipment is activated, the bridge swing is automatically locked to ensure the stability of the machine. Illumination of the working area in the dark is carried out by 10 headlights on the roof of the cabin and 4 on the manipulator with halogen lamps. To facilitate starting the diesel engine at low ambient temperatures, the machine is equipped with an autonomous pre-heater of the EBERSPEHER engine (Germany). A comfortable temperature regime for the operator is provided by the installed air conditioner. To improve cross-country ability in marshy terrain and snow cover, the Amkodor 2551 Harvester can be additionally equipped with tracks and anti-skid chains.
