For many years ARP-Komplekt - Oil Loading Technologies LLC has been providing its services, based on the experience and knowledge of our employees and established contacts, to its Customers - companies operating in the field of transshipment and storage of oil and oil products. Having started its work in the market of the North-West of Russia, our company eventually expanded its activities to all regions of the Russian Federation.

The products we manufacture and supply operate throughout Russia - from Kaliningrad to the Sea of Okhotsk and from Taimyr to the Black and Caspian Seas. Manufacturability and reliability, ease of use and environmental friendliness of the equipment we install have long won the trust of oil companies and enterprises. Experienced designers and engineers are constantly working to improve the products, focusing on the increasingly stringent requirements for environmental protection and commercial accuracy of accounting for petroleum products.

We have extensive experience in the implementation and operation, warranty and post-warranty maintenance of various types of equipment and machinery manufactured both in Russia and in European countries. The fact is that each equipment manufacturer is always sure that it is his equipment, produced at his plant, that is optimal for a potential Customer. However, this is not the case. Despite the seeming narrowness of our industry, there are a large number of samples of machinery and equipment used for various types of oil and oil products (light and dark, viscous, highly viscous, LPG ...), for various operations (discharge, filling, transportation, accounting ...), in various areas (storage, transshipment by sea, rail, road ...). Some enterprises were able to succeed in working with light, others with dark products, some in loading operations, others in unloading operations, some in railroad transshipment, others in automobiles, etc.

Therefore, when choosing equipment for a new or reconstructed oil transshipment facility, equipment compliance with reliability criteria and cost / efficiency ratio are of particular importance. From the mass of the same type of equipment, it is necessary to choose the one that will solve a specific problem with a specific oil product with a sufficient degree of reliability, with the necessary ease of maintenance and with a given productivity. This is precisely one of our tasks.
