Berezovsky Mechanical Repair Plant

Berezovskiy Mechanical Repair Plant is a leading Russian manufacturer of pipe layers, arrows for pipe layers of domestic and foreign production, as well as a wide range of hydraulic cylinders for road construction equipment.

The plant was founded in 1962. It was included in the system of enterprises "MinMontazhSpetsStroy", being one of the stable, dynamically developing enterprises of the association.

Over the 50-year history of its development, our plant has gone from the production of special equipment-winches LM-1-80, LPSh-5 and LPSh-15, pipe cutting equipment URT-630, vibration grabs PV-530 to the development of serial production of pipelayers based on tractors of Chelyabinsk tractor plant. Such brands of pipelayers as TL-4, TO-1224V, TG-123K, OMT-16 were widely used at many construction sites in the USSR and in the CMEA countries. Over the years, the plant has produced more than 5,000 pipelayers.

Currently, the plant produces pipelayers TBG-16, TBG-20 and TBG-90 with a lifting capacity of 16 to 90 tons with a long boom of 7 and 9 meters .

Berezovskiy Mechanical Repair Plant is a leading Russian manufacturer of hydraulic cylinders for road construction equipment. We meet the needs of the largest domestic tractor and crane plants, having established ourselves as a reliable trusted partner. The production program of BRMZ LLC includes more than 50 names of hydraulic cylinders for truck cranes, hydraulic cylinders for tractors, bulldozers, hydraulic cylinders for pipelayers, forklifts, motor graders and other special equipment.

In addition, the plant produces booms and support booms for pipelayers KOMATSU and CATERPILLAR , which are used by repair and construction organizations to repair large-diameter pipelines. In conditions of poor soil bearing capacity, pipelayers have to work with a long boom. At the same time, one pipelayer with a boom, manufactured by BRMZ, is capable of replacing several conventional pipelayers.

Currently, the plant possesses highly qualified research, design, technological and workforce, technological and testing equipment, as well as production facilities that allow creating, improving and producing machines that meet modern, constantly increasing operating requirements.
