We present you a completely new, modernized truck crane with a lifting capacity of 16 tons, a new generation, KS-45719-7K! The boom, made of high-strength steel, welded from two half-boxes and having a hexagonal or “ovoid” cross-section profile (on request), has been increased from 18 to 23 meters, and with a jib it reaches all 32 meters! Taking into account the price-quality ratio, this crane model can be considered the best on the market of the Russian Federation and neighboring countries. The support contour has been increased: now it is 4.9 x 6.1 meters, with an extendable support system. The crane in the basic configuration KS-45719-7K is designed for a wide range of loading and unloading, construction and installation works with basic loads. The crane is universal and can be used both in cramped urban conditions and in conditions of remoteness from populated areas. At the customer's request, the crane can be supplied in a configuration for working with DANGEROUS loads. The crane is mounted on the chassis of the KAMAZ 43118 vehicle. The wheel arrangement of the vehicle is 6x6. Technical features: Drive of actuators The drive of the crane unit is carried out using an axial piston hydraulic pump, which is driven by the engine of the base vehicle through a gearbox and an additional power take-off box. The crane mechanisms have an individual drive with independent control from hydraulic motors and hydraulic cylinders. The hydraulic system of the crane installation ensures smooth control of all mechanisms with a wide range of adjustment of the speeds of working operations, as well as the ability to simultaneously combine several crane operations. Support frame The support frame with retractable supports and a support contour of 4.9x6.1 provides stability and compactness to the crane. The use of a support frame with retractable supports allows you to work both on a full support contour (support beams are fully extended) and on an incomplete support contour (support beams are retracted), which allows you to carry out lifting operations in cramped conditions. Cargo winch The crane is equipped with a cargo winch with a planetary gearbox, which makes it compact, and also increases the service life and efficiency (efficiency). An adjustable hydraulic motor is also installed on the winch, which allows you to perform lifting and lowering operations in an accelerated mode. The second section of the boom is moved by a hydraulic cylinder, the upper section is moved by a rope block when moving the second section of the boom. The possibility of reeving the rope for 6- or 4-fold reeving allows lifting loads in a wide range of speeds. Additional equipment expands the range of possibilities To increase the service area and the size of the under-boom space, the crane can be equipped with a lattice jib 9.0 m long. The jib is transferred from the transport position to the working position and back manually without the use of additional lifting equipment. Load-bearing structures of optimal weight The main load-bearing structures of the support and rotary frames are welded from widespread low-alloy steel 10HSND, maximally lightweight, have excellent rigidity characteristics. The telescopic boom of the "hexagonal" or "ovoid" section is made of high-strength steel of class 700, which gives it a high load-bearing capacity with its low weight. All welded joints are performed on semi-automatic and automatic welding equipment of domestic and European manufacturers, which ensures the highest quality of seams, which is documented after ultrasonic testing. Reliability of the truck crane Reliable operation of the truck crane is ensured by components of foreign manufacture, which do not require replacement and repair throughout the entire service life of the crane. Safety of the truck crane Safe operation of the crane is ensured by a set of devices and devices, including a safety device with a color digital display and indication of operating parameters, which includes a built-in device for recording characteristics - a "black box" and a module for protecting the crane from dangerous voltage MZON for work near power lines. Warranties The warranty period of the crane is 18 months from the date of transfer to the consumer, no more than 1,000 engine hours of operation in crane mode. The service life of the crane with 1.5-shift operation in the passport mode is 10 years. Each crane is equipped with an individual set of spare parts for the base chassis and the crane unit. 2.
