Description:

The trademark of the Closed Joint Stock Company "Hydrodynamics" is a symbol of economical, reliable and competitive products in demand in the Republic of Belarus and on the CIS markets.

Today JSC "Gidrodinamika" is known as one of the leading enterprises of the Russian Association of Pump Manufacturers for the development, production, maintenance and repair of sealed and highly reliable pumps for the oil and gas industry, both in the field of production, transportation and processing of hydrocarbons. Pumping units manufactured by ZAO Gidrodinamika are operated by leading oil and gas companies in Russia and other countries.

Thanks to the combination of the intellectual potential accumulated during the work of the leading part of the team in the design and construction of mobile nuclear power plants, high corporate culture, creative atmosphere, wide awareness, CJSC Gidrodinamika produces competitive pumps that surpass their foreign counterparts in a number of parameters. The progressive design and technological solutions developed and implemented at the enterprise are based on the latest achievements of science and technology. Close cooperation with developers and numerous partners allows JSC "Hydrodynamics" to create pumps that are unique in their technical and operational characteristics.

We welcome our traditional partners and are always glad to new ones who are interested in joint work and mutually beneficial cooperation!

With best wishes, A.S. Subbotin, General Director of CJSC Hydrodynamics.

Pumping units (type ГДМ)

The pumping units (type ГДМ) of our company provide pumping of such products as: stable gas condensate, oil and oil products, diethylene glycol, ammonia, NGL, water and water-methanol mixture, gasoline, diesel fuel with flow rates from 1.6 to 1250 m 3 / hour with heads from 18 to 1650 m and more - for which more than 60 models of horizontal pumps have been developed, uniformly covering the specified range with their technical parameters.

For pumping liquids from tanks and process tanks, more than 30 models of semi-submersible units have been developed and mastered in production, providing, at a submersion depth of 2.7 to 6.2 m, operation with feed rates from 10 to 200 m 3 / hour and heads up to 350 m.

Compared to hermetic pumps based on built-in electric motors of a special design used in pumping units, the presented scheme of pumping units of JSC "Hydrodynamics" has a simpler, more flexible design suitable for repairs in operating conditions, allows the use of relatively cheap and economical standard drive electric motors, easily replacing them during repairs.

The emergence of a workable design of a magnetic coupling, transmitting high powers, was preceded by a large experimental and design work to optimize the parameters of the elements of the magnetic coupling, the selection of magnets according to the geometric dimensions and characteristics of magnetic materials.

Magnetic clutch

To rotate the rotors of pumping units of the ГДМ type, sealed magnetic couplings with a dividing screen are used. The use of a magnetic coupling in the pump drive eliminates the exit of the drive shaft beyond the pump flow path and the need to seal the rotating shaft with stuffing box or mechanical seals that do not exclude leaks of the pumped product.

As can be seen from the diagram, the power from the electric motor is transmitted to the pump through a magnetic coupling, which, by means of magnetic forces, drives the pump rotor into rotation. The magnetic clutch consists of an outer half-coupling connected to the drive motor, an inner half-coupling connected to the pump rotor, and a separating screen that seals the flow cavity of the unit.

The solution to the at first glance elementary problem of protection against corrosive destruction of magnets based on neodymium-iron-boron, which occurred periodically on the initial designs of couplings, required not only changing the suppliers of magnets, but also radically adjusting the design and manufacturing technology of magnetic coupling halves. In new couplings, the protection of magnets from corrosion is provided by: a three-layer galvanic coating of magnets, insulating magnets from the pumped product, special protective shells and a special manufacturing technology.

The proven method of calculating magnetic couplings, proven by experimental research, makes it possible to design magnetic couplings for various temperature conditions: from -60 ° C to + 250 ° C and for different powers with a limited number of standard sizes of magnets and grades of magnetic materials used.

In the process of finalizing the design of the magnetic block, rather significant axial forces were identified that arise between the inner and outer coupling halves. Underestimation of these forces and failure to take constructive measures to minimize them have a significant impact on the balance of axial forces and the load on the thrust feet of the pump unit.

One of the main elements of the magnetic coupling is a separating screen that seals the flow path of the pump unit and circulates part of the pumped product to cool the magnetic coupling. Constant attention is paid to the constructive and technological improvement of this element. To reduce losses in the screen, the company's specialists carry out research and development work to select new types of materials. The created experimental thin-walled screen made of non-metallic material withstands internal pressure up to 6 MPa and temperature up to 100 ° C.

The developed and completed series of magnetic couplings in pumping units of the ГДМ type provides transmission to the pump rotor from 1.6 to 630 kW of power from explosion-proof electric motors.
