Pumping Company "KRON"

Pumping Company "KRON" was established in May 1992 on the basis of the Tula Experimental Plant of Drilling and Pumping Equipment, founded in 1946 and producing submersible borehole pumps ETsV for "Soyuzshakhtoosushenie".

Today the pumping company "KRON" (Tula Pumping Plant) produces a wide range of reliable and high-quality pumping equipment, both of its own production and in cooperation with other leading enterprises in Russia and abroad.

In 2015, the company was reorganized and, within the framework of the import substitution company, cooperation with Flowserve for the assembly of pumping units began.

The assembly production of LLC NK KRON is located in Tula, on the basis of the Tula industrial valves plant. Here pumping parts with an engine, piping, sensors are aggregated, as well as block pumping stations are assembled.

LLC NK "KRON" has a machining shop, a test bench with a capacity of up to 850 m3 / h, painting chambers.

At Flowserve factories, it is possible to carry out additional tests of pumping parts: pressure testing, acceptance tests, characterization of the cavitation reserve, vibration, noise, as well as ultrasonic testing, non-destructive testing (color testing, X-ray inspection, ultrasonic flaw detection, control of the chemical composition of performance materials flow path.

In 2016, certified a service room for the repair and modernization of Flowserve and non-Flowserve pumps.
