Load Limiter for tower crane ONK-160B

The ONK-160B tower crane load limiter is installed on the entire range of tower cranes operated in the Russian Federation, including imported ones, and is designed to protect the crane from overloads and tipping over when lifting a load, to protect the working equipment from damage when working in confined spaces (coordinate protection: “broken wall” for the hook, set at arbitrary points (up to 40 points), “broken wall” for the boom head set at arbitrary points (up to 40 points), “ceiling” for two or more loading and unloading platforms, by maximum reach, by hook lifting height; by left and right crane platform rotation angles), as well as to display information on the actual weight of the lifted load, maximum lifting capacity, crane loading degree, reach value, hook lifting height, crane position on the track and wind speed with two-minute averaging or taking into account its gusts. The crane parameter recorder (RP) built into the ONK ensures recording and long-term storage of information on the crane operating parameters, on the values and dates of overloads, as well as on the degree of crane loading during the entire service life of the limiter.
