Circulation valve type CK

The circulation valve of the CK type, combined with the landing nipple of the F type, is designed to separate and connect the pipe and annular space for replacing the kill fluids and gas in them with other process fluids. The design of the valve allows installing a check valve or a blind plug of the F type (for example, to check the tightness of the lift above the valve). The valve is controlled (opened and closed) using a positioning device of the UP type, lowered on a wire together with a mechanical jar of the YAM type. In addition to the main positions "closed" and "open", the valve has an intermediate position in which the pressure is equalized between the pipe and annular space when the valve is switched.
