Installation cables KUEMTK up to 1000 V
Application
For fixed inter-device installation of electrical devices operating at rated alternating voltage up to 660 V, frequency up to 400 Hz or direct voltage up to 1000 V.
Technical specifications
Cables of the KUEMTK brand are flame retardant when laid individually. Cables of the KUEMTK ng(A) brand are flame retardant when laid in bundles. Cables of the KUEMTKng(A)-LS brand are flame retardant when laid in bundles, with reduced smoke and gas emission. Fire-resistant KUEMTKng(A)-FRLS are flame retardant when laid in bundles, with reduced smoke and gas emission. KUEMTKng(A)-HF - are flame retardant when laid in bundles with insulation and sheath made of halogen-free polymer compositions. Climatic performance of cables is UHL and T, placement categories 2-5 according to GOST 15150-69.
Design
1. Current-carrying core - a multi-wire core made of tinned copper wires complies with GOST 22483; in the case of using a copper (non-tinned) core, the letter "M" is added to the cable designation.
2. In cables with the FR index, the thermal barrier is a winding of mica-containing tapes.
3. Insulation - made of polyvinyl chloride plastic (PVC), in cables with the index "ng(A)-LS" polyvinyl chloride plastic with reduced fire hazard is used. In cables with the index ng(A)-HF, insulation made of halogen-free polymer compositions is used.
4. Screen in the form of a common braid, or over each pair, triple, quadruple of copper wires with a diameter of no more than 0.20 mm. The screen surface density coefficient is not less than 65%.
5. Belt insulation (in armoured cables with the letter “K” in the designation).
6. Armor in the form of a braid or layers of galvanized steel wires with a nominal diameter of no more than 0.4 mm. The surface density of the armor must be at least 65%, or armor made of two steel tapes with a nominal thickness of at least 0.2 mm (in armored cables with the letter "K" in the designation).
7. The sheath is made of PVC plastic, in cables of the KUEMTKng(A) brand it is made of low-flammability PVC plastic, in cables of the KUEMTKng(A)-LS brand a low-flammability polyvinyl chloride plastic with low smoke and gas emission is used, in cables of the KUEMTKng(A)-HF brand a polymer composition that does not contain halogens is used.
Additional design modifications of the cable are reflected as follows:
- with single-wire conductive cores, in which case the letter (ож) is added after the cable type designation, for example: “КУЭМТКoжнг(А)-LS 2х2х1.5”;
- with multi-wire conductive cores made of copper wires (in this case, the letter “M” is added to the cable brand designation, for example: “KUEMKTKM ng(A)LS 2x2x1.5”);
- with individual screens of pairs, triplets, quadruples (in this case, the letter “e” is added after the cable cross-section designation, for example “KUEMTK 2x(2x1.5) e”);
- with a screen made of aluminum foil tape (alumoflex), in this case the letter "f" is added after the screen designation "E", for example: "KUEfMTKozhng(A)-LS 2x2x1.5, KUEMTK 2x(2x1.5) ef"
- with combined screens made of aluminum foil tape (alumoflex), on top of which there is a screen in the form of a braid of copper wires, while after the screen designation "E" the letters "fm" are added, for example: "KUEfmMTKozhng(A)-LS 2x2x1.5, KUEMTK 2x(2x1.5) efm" - with water-blocking elements that ensure longitudinal tightness of cables (in this case the letter "V" is added to the cable designation through a hyphen, for example: "KUEMTK-Vng(A)-LS 2x2x1.5");
- with a reinforced sheath, for fixed electrical wiring in explosive areas (in this case, the letter “U” is added to the cable designation, for example: “KUEMTKUng(A) 2x2x1.5”);
- in a cold-resistant version (HL), in which case the letters “HL” are added to the designation of the fire-resistant version of the cable through a hyphen, for example: “KUEMTK ng(A)-HL 2x2x1.5”).
