Installation cables MKEShV up to 1000 V
Technical characteristics of MKESHV
- Cables of the MKEShV brand do not spread combustion when laid individually
- Cables of the MKEShV-NG(A) brand do not spread combustion when laid in bundles
- Cables of the MKEShV-ng(A)-LS brand do not spread combustion when laid in bundles, with reduced smoke and gas emission.
- MKEShV-ng(A)-FRLS fire-resistant cables do not spread combustion when laid in bundles, with reduced smoke and gas emission.
- MKEShVng(A)-HF - do not spread combustion when laid in bundles with insulation and sheath made of halogen-free polymer compositions.
- Type of climatic performance of cables UHL and T, placement categories 2-5 according to GOST 15150-69
Application
The MKEShV installation cable is used for fixed inter-device installation of electrical devices operating at a nominal alternating voltage of up to 660 V with a frequency of up to 400 Hz or a direct voltage of up to 1000 V. MKESh brand cables are manufactured with a screen.
Construction of the MKESHV cable
1. Current-carrying core - a multi-wire core made of tinned copper wires complies with GOST 22483; in the case of using a copper (non-tinned) core, the letter "M" is added to the cable designation.
2. In cables with the FR index, the thermal barrier is a winding of mica-containing tapes.
3. Insulation — made of polyvinyl chloride plastic (PVC), in cables with the index "нг(A)-LS" polyvinyl chloride plastic with reduced fire hazard is used. In cables with the index нг(A)-HF, insulation made of halogen-free polymer compositions is used.
4. Cables with the letter “B” in the designation have twisted pairs, triplets, or a core.
5. Screen in the form of a common braid, or over each pair, triple, quadruple of copper wires with a diameter of no more than 0.20 mm. The screen surface density coefficient is not less than 65%.
6. Belt insulation (in armoured cables with the letter “K” in the designation).
7. Armor in the form of a braid or layers of galvanized steel wires with a nominal diameter of no more than 0.4 mm. The surface density of the armor must be at least 65%, or armor made of two steel tapes with a nominal thickness of at least 0.2 mm (in armored cables with the letter "K" in the designation).
8. The sheath is made of PVC plastic, in cables of the MKEShVng(A) brand it is made of PVC plastic with low flammability, in cables of the MKEShVng(A)-LS brand a polyvinyl chloride plastic with low fire hazard and low smoke and gas emission is used, in cables of the MKEShVng(A)-HF brand a polymer composition that does not contain halogens is used.
Fire safety class
