Description:
Installation cable with insulation and sheath made of polyvinyl chloride plastic, with armour in the form of a winding of two galvanized steel tapes. Application: For laying single cable lines in cable structures and premises. Cables with indexes "z" and "i" can be laid in explosion-hazardous zones of classes 1, 2, 21, 22 openly on cable racks, galleries, in trays, in collectors, directly into the ground within the limits of permissible mechanical loads and in case of risk of damage by rodents.
Overview:

Design:

  1. The conductive core is copper (the index “m” is placed after the nominal cross-section of the core) or tinned copper (there is no index after the nominal cross-section of the core):
    - single-wire 1st class of flexibility according to GOST 22483 (after the nominal cross-section or core material the index “-ok” is placed)
    - multi-wire:
*4 flexibility classes according to GOST 22483 (no index is placed after the nominal cross-section or core material)
*5 class of flexibility according to GOST 22483 (after the nominal cross-section or core material, the index “-5kl” is placed)

In twisted pair cables, it is permitted to manufacture conductive cores according to GOST 1790 and GOST 1791:
    - made of chromel-alumel (after the nominal cross-section of the core, the index "ha" is placed)
    - made of chromel-kopel (after the nominal cross-section of the core, the index "хк" is placed)
    - made of copper-constantan (after the nominal cross-section of the core, the index "mkn" is placed)

  2. Insulation - polyvinyl chloride plastic (PVC)
  3. Core – common or interlaced twisting of cores, pairs, triplets, quadruples (quadruples from pairs or star twisting) (digital marking of cores; digital and color marking of pairs (triples, quadruples)) (it is allowed to apply a separating layer over the twisted pair, triple, quadruple by winding or longitudinally from polyethylene terephthalate tapes)

It is permissible to twist a cable from conductive cores, pairs, triplets or quadruples of various configurations:
    - conductive cores with different cross-sections and made of different materials
    - shielded and unshielded wires, pairs, triplets or quadruples can be twisted into a common twisted core

  4. The core winding is made of polyethylene terephthalate tape (it is permissible not to wind the core)
  5. Inner sheath with filling - polyvinyl chloride plastic (PVC) (in cables with index "z" and "i") (absence of inner sheath is allowed)
  6. Inner sheath - polyvinyl chloride plastic (PVC) (it is allowed to apply an inner sheath with filling in cables with index "z" and "i")
  7. Armor - winding of two galvanized steel tapes
  8. Winding over the armor - made of polyethylene terephthalate tape (it is permissible not to wind over the armor)
  9. The outer sheath is polyvinyl chloride plastic (PVC). The sheath color should be black, in cables with the index "i" the sheath color should be blue. By agreement with the consumer the sheath color can be any.

Main characteristics:

  • Nominal voltage: AC: up to 1000 V inclusive, frequency up to 400 Hz, DC: 1500 V.
  • Fire hazard class according to GOST 31565: O1.8.2.5.4
  • Climatic version B, placement categories 1 - 5 according to GOST 15150
  • The electrical resistance of the conductive cores to direct current, recalculated for 1 km of length and a temperature of 20 °C, must comply with the requirements of GOST 22483 and the values given in the table:

  • The electrical resistance of current-carrying cores made of constantan, chromel, alumel and copel is not standardized.
  • The electrical resistance of the insulation, recalculated for a temperature of 20 °C and for 1 km of length, must be at least 10 MOhm.
  • The working capacitance between two insulated conductive cores, recalculated for 1 m of length, at a frequency of 1000 Hz should be no more than 200 pF
  • The inductance of any two adjacent wires must be no more than lх10-3 H over a length of 1000 m.
  • Cables must withstand the test with alternating voltage of 50 Hz nominal frequency for 1 min - between the cores:
    - 2000 V (for cables with a rated alternating voltage of 250 V)
    - 2500 V (for cables with a rated alternating voltage of 660 V)
    - 3500 V (for cables with a rated alternating voltage of 1000 V)
  • The minimum bending radius of cables must be at least 5Dн, the increased bending radius of cables, as well as in conditions of limited mobility, must be at least 20Dн, where Dн is the calculated outer diameter of the cable, mm.

Temperature modes:

  • Operating ambient temperatures in stationary applications: from minus 50 °C to 70 °C
  • Operating ambient temperatures under conditions of limited mobility: from minus 5 °C to 70 °C
  • Maximum operating ambient temperatures: from minus 50 °C to 80 °C
  • Cables must be seismically resistant to earthquakes of magnitude 9 at an installation level of 60 m above ground level.
  • Cables must be resistant to the combined effects of flammable and lubricating materials (lubricating oil and diesel fuel) at a temperature of 50±2 °C
  • Cables must be resistant to the effects of hydrogen sulphide, salt fog, dynamic dust (sand), sinusoidal vibration, single and multiple mechanical impacts, acoustic noise, rain, frost and dew.
  • Laying cables without preheating can be carried out at a temperature of not lower than minus 15 °C with a minimum bending radius and not lower than 20 °C with an increased bending radius.
  • The service life of cables is at least 40 years
  • The warranty period for cables is 7 years.
