Thermocouple cable with Mineral Insulation in a steel sheath

Thermocouple cable KTMS is manufactured in a stainless steel sheath (08X18N10T, 12X18N10T, KhN78T, KhN45U, AISI 310, AISI 316, Inconel 600, etc.) with mineral insulation made of magnesium oxide MgO. The conductive part is two or four single-wire cores laid in parallel. The cores can be made of chromel and alumel (type HA), chromel and copel (type HK), nichrosil and nisil (type NN), iron and constantan (type ZhK), copper and constantan (type MKn). Depending on your needs, in our catalog you can select a KTMS cable with a core cross-section from 0.02 to 1.5 mm2. The products are intended for the manufacture of thermoelectric converters capable of measuring temperatures in the range from -60°C to +1000°C* and even 1300°C* (* - with a sheath made of special heat-resistant steel grades). When used under normal conditions, the cable can withstand a single bend of 180° around a cylindrical element if its diameter is 5 times greater than the diameter of the cable itself. The cable plant of the Sentek company will manufacture KTMS cable to order in any volumes, but the minimum batch is 200 meters (manufacturing tolerance +-20%).
