6 KW DIESEL POWER PLANT WITH AUTO START

CONSTRUCTION :

Mounted on a steel frame with vibration mounts:

• stationary diesel generator DGU 6 kW consisting of:

- a primary two-cylinder diesel engine of water cooling with mechanical speed control of AZIMUT 2R180D, with a volume of 1.84 liters and a rated power of 16 kW, with an industrial muffler, a standard radiator cooling unit and a coolant heater,
- synchronous brushless generator AZIMUT Z164B with a rated power of 6 kW with automatic voltage control,

• control cabinet with circuit breaker, automatic transfer switch (ATS) and HGM6120 controller with a liquid crystal display,
• set of batteries with a mains charger,
• a steel fuel tank is integrated into the frame design.  

PURPOSE:

A 6 kW diesel power station with auto start is used as the main or backup source of alternating three-phase electric current with voltage of 230/400 V and frequency of 50 Hz for power supply of small enterprises, warehouses, shops, mini-hotels, country houses and cottages.

The second degree of automation provides automatic start and stop of the power plant when the main network is turned off and on.

The use of a large-capacity multi-cylinder engine with radiator cooling and a speed of 1,500 rpm distinguishes it from household electric generators equipped with high-speed single-cylinder small-displacement air-cooled engines.

This model is an industrial diesel power plant designed for continuous operation.
