DRILLING RIG URB - 2A2 <> The drilling rig URB-2A2 is designed for drilling geophysical and structurally exploratory wells for oil and gas, exploration of solid mineral deposits, building materials and groundwater, engineering and geological surveys, drilling of water and blast holes. Drilling is carried out in a rotational manner with flushing or purging of the well or screws.
Overview:
The installation is mounted on the Amur-531300, Ural, KamAZ, MTLB chassis and is driven by a car engine.
A hydraulic rotator moving around the mast is used for drilling, building up a drilling tool without interruption from the bottom and, together with a hydraulic jack, performs the work of lowering (raising) the tool and feeding it during drilling. The rotator moves along the mast with the help of a hydraulic cylinder and a tackle system.
The rig control is fully hydroficated and focused on the driller console. On the panel there are control devices and controllers of the face force, feed and lift speeds, as well as the spindle speed of the rotator.
