Description:
URB-2A2D is intended for drilling geophysical and structurally exploratory wells for oil and gas, exploration of solid mineral deposits, building materials and groundwater, geotechnical surveys, drilling of water and blast holes. Drilling is carried out in a rotational way with flushing or purging the well or augers.
Overview:
The installation is mounted on the chassis of an off-road vehicle KamAZ-43114, Ural-4320 and is driven by its engine.
The presence of two compressors and a mud pump provide high productivity when drilling with a purge and the ability to quickly switch to drilling with a wash. A hydraulically-driven rotator moving along the mast provides quick screwing and unscrewing of drill pipes, which eliminates the need for special mechanisms.
The hydraulic mechanism for lowering, raising and feeding the tool provides the optimum feed force, including when drilling with pneumatic hammers, and allows for highly efficient drilling on rocks of any strength category.
The standard equipment of the URB-2A2D drilling rig includes the NB-50 pump and 2 K-5A compressors (or 4VU1-5 / 9). The installation can also be equipped with a compressor station KV-10/10
