Description:
URB-4T is designed for drilling geophysical and structurally exploratory wells for oil and gas, exploration of solid mineral deposits, building materials and groundwater, geotechnical surveys, as well as drilling of water and blast holes. Drilling is carried out in a rotational manner with flushing or purging of the well or screws.
Overview:
The installation is mounted on the frame of a TT-4M or TT-4 skidder and is driven by its diesel engine.
A hydraulic rotator moving along the mast together with a special elevator is used for screwing and unscrewing drill pipes and for hoisting operations.
Lowering and lifting operations and supply of the drilling tool to the bottom of the well are carried out using the supply hydraulic cylinder, which ensures optimal pressure on the bottom, including when drilling with pneumatic hammers and allows for highly efficient drilling in rocks of any strength.
Management of the URB-4T drilling rig is hydroficated and is carried out from the control panel. Two people serve the installation. The URB-4T installation package includes the NB-50 drill pump and two K-5A compressors.
