The VENSYS 115 4.1 MW wind turbine is a gearless, direct-drive model from the 4.1 MW platform. It features a permanent magnet synchronous generator and an IGBT full-power converter. Designed for IEC Wind Class IIA (with a 119 m hub version for Class IIIA), the turbine has a rotor diameter of 115 m. The gearless design is engineered to reduce maintenance costs and increase yield. The generator cooling system is fully encapsulated, protecting components from environmental factors.
