The cranes consist of the following components: bridge, lifting trolley, galleries and service platforms, mobile or fixed crane operator's cabin, electrical equipment, current supply system, safety devices and instruments, anti-theft devices (when operating the crane outdoors) The crane bridge consists of: two parallel box-section beams made of sheet metal and two rectangular end beams. If necessary, the span beams can be supplied in several parts, the parts are fastened using bolted connections; the box-section span beams are made of two vertical walls, upper and lower horizontal chords. The trolley rail or guide is fixed to the upper chord of the beams and can be located either in the middle of the beam or above the vertical wall; the end beam is a welded structure made of sheet metal or a structure made of profiled rolled metal, with stiffeners. The end beams accommodate the crane travel mechanism, which consists of two gear motors with a built-in brake, two drive and two idle double-flanged wheels; the wheels can also be made without flanges, with guide rollers additionally installed. Buffers are installed on both sides of the end beams to limit the movement of the crane. LIFTING TROLLEY The lifting trolley is designed to perform lifting operations and move cargo along the crane span. The trolley design consists of a welded metal structure (frame) made of interconnected longitudinal and transverse beams, on which idle and drive wheel blocks, a lifting mechanism, a travel mechanism, rope bypass blocks, etc. are installed. A stationary electric hoist, a classic winch with an expanded kinematic diagram (electric motor, MZP, TKG type brake, gearbox, hoisting drum) or a winch based on a cylindrical-bevel gear motor can be used as a lifting mechanism. Platforms and galleries are intended for movement and work of service personnel, which are welded structures that are combined into a single whole at the installation site. Platforms and galleries are made of rolled metal, with flooring, have fences and brackets for fastening to the crane bridge. Entrance to the gallery is from the metal structure of the building through a wicket. When the wicket is open, the operation of the crane mechanisms is blocked. CRANE CABIN The crane operator's cabin can be stationary or movable. A stationary cabin is attached to one of the crane's span beams and is recommended for use with short span lengths and crane lifting heights. The mobile cabin is mounted to the crane trolley and moves together with it or has its own monorail track fixed to one of the crane span beams, and accordingly moves independently of the crane trolley. ANTI-THEFT DEVICES Anti-theft devices are designed to prevent cranes from being stolen by the wind. Depending on the configuration, manual anti-theft devices with a drive from a steering wheel or a mechanized semi-automatic type with a drive from a gear motor are used. CURRENT SUPPLY SYSTEM Depending on the crane configuration, current supply can be carried out using a trolley busbar or a flexible cable. Current supply to the trolley is of a garland type with a flexible cable based on a C-shaped profile. CONTROL OPTIONS Control from the floor using a pendant push-button control panel that moves together with the trolley or moves on its own independent suspension. Remote control using an industrial radio control kit. The kit consists of a mobile remote control, which is a transmitter, and a stationary receiver located near the cabinet with the crane control system. With a stationary or mobile cabin.
