BLOCK Container

The block container is designed to accommodate radio relay, cellular and other types of equipment. Design: The container is made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with a gable roof within the dimensions for transportation by road and rail on an open platform. The container is equipped with: inputs for power electric cables, alarms and waveguides, openings for placing fans and air conditioners, trays for laying cables, embedded elements for fastening equipment. Wall panels "Ventall-S1" and roof panels "Ventall-K" are used as thermal insulation. The container is equipped with a porch with a staircase in front of the entrance door and a canopy, which are installed at the installation site according to the installation drawing. The container is divided by a partition into two rooms: a vestibule and an equipment room. Lighting and heating are provided by double-insulated cables in plastic boxes along the ceiling and walls. Fire alarm sensors with an output to the console installation location are installed on the ceiling in the equipment room. Limit switches are installed on the entrance doors. Above the entrance door there is a USS-1 security alarm signaling device. Limit switches and the signaling device are connected to the console installation location. An oil electric heater with a capacity of 1.5 kW is installed in the equipment room for heating, which is connected to the electrical network via a thermostat and a starter. The container is installed on any foundations that ensure the ventilation of the underground (for example: columnar, pile, reinforced concrete blocks) with four support points per container.
