These structures have the following advantages: quick commissioning; installation on a lightweight foundation, which also saves money and time; optimal microclimatic parameters inside the workshop, since the walls of the building are already insulated (and this also allows for a reduction in heating costs during use); the ability to carry out assembly work even at sub-zero temperatures; durability of structures: they can be used for 50 years and even disassembled and transported to another location; the basis of the designs of industrial prefabricated buildings are lightweight metal profiled elements, a metal frame, which is created on bolted connections, and if necessary, it is easy to add an extension or somehow expand the building.
