Accommodation Building FOR SHIFT STAFF

The building is a closed infrastructure consisting of various modular buildings located on a limited common area. Such an organization of the building allows for comfortable conditions for work, living and leisure. The building contains recreation rooms, gyms, a canteen, boiler rooms, sanitary and utility rooms, which are equipped in accordance with SP 44.13330.2011 “Administrative and Utility Buildings”. For access, the building has a checkpoint room equipped with turnstiles. The building is several combined block boxes consisting of a metal base and a frame covered with three-layer sandwich panels with insulation made of non-combustible, modern, environmentally friendly material. Metal structures are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of GOST 23118-2012 “Steel Building Structures” and SP 53-101-98 “Manufacture and Quality Control of Steel Building Structures”. Load-bearing structures and pipelines are subject to anti-corrosion treatment. The building is manufactured according to the individual assignment of the Customer. The color solutions of the external and internal finishing are agreed upon by the Customer. If the design finishing does not withstand transportation, then finishing works are carried out at the construction site.
