The NB-125 is a horizontal twin-cylinder pump widely used in the oil and gas, food, and chemical industries. Its ample power and simple, straightforward design make it ideal for pumping non-aggressive liquids.
The NB-125 pump's primary purpose is to deliver drilling fluid to the well during oil production and geological exploration drilling. It can also be used to boost pressure to increase production efficiency.
The index “125” corresponds to the power of the unit in kilowatts.
Equipment
The pump consists of two main modules mounted on a single frame:
- The hydraulic module is responsible for directly pumping the liquid and passing it through the pump body.
- The drive module ensures the movement of all moving parts of the system and makes pumping possible.
The system uses a gear reducer and a pneumatic compensator, which allows for the almost complete elimination of uneven fluid supply.
The NB-125 pump's availability in various configurations provides a high level of versatility. When ordering, you can:
- Select the type of clutch: pneumatic or friction;
- Determine which side the pulley will be located on;
- Select the location of the pressure gauge.
This highly detailed design allows, firstly, for variable pump placement within the future system during the design stage, and secondly, for easy integration into an existing, functioning system. This is precisely why the NB-125 pump is so popular across a wide range of industries.
Service
The unit is relatively simple in design and doesn't require significant financial or time-consuming maintenance. Routine repairs begin after 500 hours of operation, and major maintenance begins after 2,500. All necessary spare parts are available in our catalog and can be ordered individually.
Maintenance consists primarily of checking the condition of working surfaces and components, as well as the presence and contamination of oil. It changes little every six months as the seasons change.
