TEAS-M (Foaming agent, grades 20/40/60)
Foaming agent (detergent) - cleaning oil reagent TEAS-M is intended for use in the processes of intensification of oil production for the treatment of bottomhole zones of injection and production wells , as well as a highly effective technical cleaning agent as an additive to drilling mud and for cleaning the well system from oil residues, as well as petroleum products, vegetable and animal fats.
It is a water-alcohol solution of a mixture of anionic and nonionic surfactants with useful stabilizing additives.
TEAS-M, a detergent for drilling fluids, is the most widely used foaming agent in Russia for enhancing oil recovery . It is widely used at the facilities of the largest Russian and foreign oil and gas companies to intensify and increase the productivity of processes carried out during hydrocarbon production.
Every year, TEAS-M is supplied on a regular basis to numerous deposits throughout Russia, including as an alternative to expensive European and American foaming agents, providing an optimal and cost-effective alternative to imports.
TEAS-M is intended:
– to intensify lifting in oil wells, and to remove liquid from gas condensate wells;
– for opening productive oil and gas bearing formations and effective flushing of sand plugs;
– as an auxiliary tool in wells with low formation pressure;
– when cleaning gas pipelines from condensate and paraffin deposits.
The TEAS-M foaming agent does not lose its original properties during multiple freezing and thawing cycles.
For work in fields in northern regions, it is produced with frost resistance down to -40°C.
