Description:
DM-4802 demulsifier is a mixture of nonionic and anionic surfactants in aqueous-alcoholic solutions. It does not contain organochlorine compounds. Applications: DM-4802 demulsifier (water-soluble) is designed for processing oil sludge, breaking down persistent trapped water-oil emulsions and intermediate layers stabilized by a large number of mechanical impurities, including iron sulfide.
Overview:

Recommended treatment:

• Significantly reduces the content of iron sulfide, the main stabilizer of emulsions, and by destroying the stable intermediate layer helps to obtain an additional volume of commercial oil.
• Does not contain organochlorine compounds.

Typical properties:

• Appearance: Homogeneous mobile liquid from colorless to brown
• Freezing point C, not higher than: minus 50
• Density at 20 C, kg/m3: Not less than 900

Processing recommendation:

Add at a concentration of 250-800 g/t.
