It is compatible with all types of water-based fluids, including highly mineralized systems. It effectively reduces metal-to-metal and metal-to-crust friction. NORLUB has enhanced anti-stick properties, reduced foaming, disperses well in water, and is stable under extreme temperatures. It is recommended for use when drilling into productive horizons. It is non-toxic and does not adversely affect drilling fluid parameters.
