Overview:

Steel pipes are available in different diameters and wall thicknesses. Both seamless and welded types are produced. Products comply with international standards.

Seamless pipes with a diameter range of 114-219 mm are produced at the RMA-250 unit installed in the pipe rolling area of Baku Steel Company CJSC. Grooving of pipes and preparation of couplings are performed on the digitally controlled devices EMAG from Germany, protective couplings are automatic tightened on a machine purchased from the İtalian company Lazzari, hydraulic tests are performed on the Japanese YAMASUI press, while the chemical analyses are carried out in a multi-channel optical spectrometer. Volga-16-002-ТК-PEP ultrasonic control device ensures the detection of internal defects and monitoring of wall thickness using the NDT method.
