Pipeline Diagnostics
In-line diagnostics (ITD):
- technical inspection of facilities, preparation and mobilization of the Contractor’s personnel and equipment to the facility;
- skipping the cleaning scraper;
- calibration - passing a piston with a calibration disk to determine the constrictions and angles of rotation of pipelines (KP);
- cleaning the internal cavity of pipelines with magnetic brush cleaning pistons;
- inspection of geometry, inspection with a magnetic flaw detector with longitudinal magnetization MFL with high resolution and a magnetic flaw detector with transverse magnetization TFI, or other;
- provision of a combined Final Report on the inspection of the VD;
- provision of software for working with initial data of in-line diagnostics with an interface;
- Contactless diagnostics:
- Detection of pipeline defects (metal corrosion, cracks, weld defects, geometry changes, corrugations, stress-strain states);
- Carrying out work without stopping or reducing the volume of raw material transportation, without cleaning and calibrating pipes, without re-equipping the pipeline;
- Productivity up to 20 km/day;
- The reliability of the identified defects is 90-93%.
