Description:
The A&D Weighing AD‑4212A‑100 is a high‑precision production weighing system featuring Super Hybrid Sensor (SHS) technology for fast response times (as low as 0.8 seconds at 0.1mg readability). The separate weighing sensor and display units allow for isolated weighing in vacuum chambers, fume hoods, and glove boxes. The compact weighing sensor (80 × 230 × 90 mm) can be placed anywhere in a production line and allows for custom‑designed weighing pans. The display unit is IP54‑rated and can be panel‑ or wall‑mounted. The system includes a patented shock absorber to protect the sensor from vertical and transverse overloads. Data memory stores 200 weight measurements, 100 weight measurements with time & date, 50 calibration measurements, and 20 comparator limit values. Includes bidirectional RS‑232 interface, GLP/GMP data output, and Windows Communication Tools (WinCT) software. Available in 110g × 0.1mg capacity.
