Description:
The Hei‑VAP Industrial is a large-scale rotary evaporator designed for industrial and pilot-scale distillation applications. Features a high-impact transparent PMMA safety door and non-fogging safety glass guard hood for excellent user protection. The evaporation flask is illuminated during operation for increased visibility. Universal heating bath accommodates water or oil with temperature settings up to 180 °C. Includes integrated refill water system, spillover prevention, and bottom release valve. Large 7-inch touch screen control panel with illuminated displays and programmable ramps. Optional Base Cart with removable panels for storage of vacuum pump, glassware, or accessories. GMP certification available (IQ/OQ validation). Glassware assembly includes one descending condenser, one expansion vessel, one 20‑L evaporating flask, and one 10‑L receiving flask.
