The GDHMBB is a high-efficiency N-type heterojunction (HJT) solar cell based on a 210mm×105mm wafer. It features a 20 busbar (20BB) design and a bifaciality of 85±10%. The cell achieves a maximum efficiency of 26.5%. It offers low LID, an ultra-low temperature coefficient (-0.24%/°C), and excellent low-light performance. The cell is manufactured by Jetion Solar, a CNBM subsidiary.
