Description:
The TP‑99140FDR is a table‑type fine powder feeder for continuous quantitative feeding of particles below 10 microns with high cohesiveness and poor fluidity. The device uses a gas carrier system and supports Ar, N2, and Air as carrier gases with a minimum purity of 99.9%. The feeding rate ranges from approximately 0.1 to 100 g/min or more, depending on optional items and powder characteristics. The closed‑structure design enables operation in reduced‑pressure atmospheres down to about 100 Pa. The feeder supports both single‑powder and mixed‑powder feeding without changing the mixing ratio. Optional monitoring systems record the powder feeding rate and total feed amount in real time. Applications include thermal spray (plasma spray), aerosol deposition, and additive manufacturing (3D printing).
