The RS5J-665IBG-E1 is a high-efficiency BC-Type (Back Contact) bifacial solar module featuring 132 half-cut cells (6×22) with dual-glass construction. It delivers a maximum power output of 665 W with a module efficiency of 24.62%. The module features partial shading optimisation, PFAS-free construction, and excellent power generation performance with a lower temperature coefficient. It offers high module quality ensuring long-term reliability with micro-crack resistance and lower BOS costs. The module is suitable for ground power plants and distributed projects.
