VRS Vertical Recycling Separator

The VRS Vertical Recycling Separator is a three-stage separation system designed for oil and gas production applications. The separator uses centrifugal force separation in the first stage through tangential entry. The second stage uses high velocity vortex separation. The third stage provides final separation through a gap into the upper chamber. The liquid chamber can be designed for liquid/liquid separation or to handle very large liquid flows. The separator can handle foamy and/or waxy crude oils. BS&B engineers custom size and design each unit to meet specific flowrate requirements. The separator is designed for maximum efficiency throughout a long service life.
