BCC Choke Valve (External Sleeve & Cage)

The BCC Choke Valve is an external sleeve and cage design, adjustable type, angle-body featured choke valve for regulating service. Regulating performance is achieved through holes drilled in the cage and linear movement of the external sleeve to achieve the required opening percentage. The valve is suitable for single or multiphase liquid and gas service in applications including Christmas trees, production manifolds, water injection, and gas lift. The valve features a bolted bonnet, full Tungsten Carbide Cage, metal seating, and metal body sealing. Fire safe certification meets API 6FA, API 607, and ISO 10497. Fugitive emission testing is performed according to ISO 15848-1 and ISO 15848-2. The valve has a rising stem with compact and robust design. Flow characteristics include linear or equal-percentage flow curve. Materials are in accordance with NACE MR 01-75 for sour service environments. Pressure ratings range from API 2,000 to 15,000 psi (API 6A) and ANSI 150 to 2500 (API 6D). Temperature ranges L÷U, X (HP/HT). Bore sizes range from 1-13/16" to 7-1/16" (API 6A) and 2" to 8" (API 6D). End connections include Flanged RF/RTJ, Butt Welded, and Hub. Actuation options include hydraulic, pneumatic, electric, and manual.
